1. 消除市场恐慌: 过去的一段时间,由于BC省考伊琴(Cowichan)土地主张案,很多业主担心房产受到侵蚀,不少买家也因此按兵不动。今天,最高法院的这一决定直接清除了这一法律阴影。

2. 最强法律背书: 联邦政府已明确表态,此次裁决将作为BC省考伊琴案的辩论参考。官方立场非常坚定:“联邦政府始终致力于保护私人财产,维护法律的确定性和稳定性。”

3. 房产持有更稳了: 无论是列治文还是大温其他地区的业主,这一结论意味着我们手中的地契和产权,依然受到法律的最严密保护。

💧 为什么今年水这么紧?

不是吓唬大家,主要原因是“三座大山”同时压顶:

1️⃣ 冬季积雪量少: 山上存雪不足,融水自然就少了。

2️⃣ 酷暑预警: 气象部门预测今年夏天将面临“反常高温”,用水需求暴增。

3️⃣ 供水基建施工: 斯坦利公园正在修新供水隧道,导致北岸水库的一条主供水管被迫关闭,大温的供水能力“元气大伤”。

🚫 第三阶段限水令:如果落地,这些事不能做了!

大温区域局明确表示,一旦6月份用水量突破安全红线,我们就可能直接进入“第三阶段”。这对日常生活影响很大:

❌ 告别“自家洗车”: 严禁在私人车道清洗车辆、船只等。(温馨提醒:仅允许清洗车窗、车灯、后视镜和车牌等保障行车安全的部位,大家千万别为了洗车领罚单!)

❌ 私人泳池/浴缸“停工”: 禁止给家里的私人泳池、热水浴缸(Hot tub)注水或补水。

✅ 好消息是: 社区公共泳池、公共浴缸以及那些孩子们超爱的“互动式喷水公园”依然开放!

💡 我们现在能做什么?

虽然官方承诺升级前会提前一周通知,但为了应对这个注定干旱的夏天,大家可以从现在开始做准备:

检查水龙头: 看看家里是否有漏水的地方,哪怕是小滴漏,积少成多也很可怕。

优化灌溉: 既然草坪浇水已禁止,建议利用下雨天收集雨水。

培养节水习惯: 缩短淋浴时间,洗菜水留着冲马桶或浇耐旱植物。
