加拿大4月通胀率飙升2.8%!今年还能降息吗?

大温、大多的打工人和房奴们注意,刚出炉的4月经济数据信息量炸裂!

加拿大统计局发布:4月年通胀率(CPI)直接冲到2.8%📈,创2024年5月以来最高增速!这让 6月10日 的央行利率决议充满了变数。不过先别慌,如果拆开数据来看,这次通胀反弹其实是个包装精美的假动作!

⛽ 罪魁祸首:又是油价在作妖

这次通胀反弹完全是被油价给“硬抬”上去的:

汽油狂飙 28.6%: 受中东局势影响原油直逼$100大关,去加油站钱包直接滴血。

碳税“回马枪”: 去年4月取消消费者碳税拉低了基数,导致今年同比数字显得人格外高。

💡 关键反转来了: 统计局指出,只要剔除汽油价格,4月CPI其实只有2.0%!刚好稳在央行的完美目标线上。

🏠 续贷人稳住!核心数据全面“退烧”

对有房贷或准备入市的朋友来说,央行最看重的核心通胀指标非常温和,中位数核心通胀降到了2.1%。跟生活相关的几个好消息:

买菜变便宜: 食品涨幅放缓至3.5%,鸡肉、蔬菜、咖啡都便宜了点。

房租终于刹车: 全国租金通胀回落至3.6%。特别是BC省,是全加唯一一个总体通胀没有加速的省份!

房贷成本两年来首次下降: 房贷利息成本同比下降0.1%,是2022年中央行暴力加息以来的首次年度下降!紧缩见顶信号明确。

🔮 6月10日利率预测:央行会变卦吗?

目前加国基准利率维持在2.25%,各大顶级银行经济学家纷纷表示:

TD银行: 核心通胀在降温,央行加息理由完全不充分,预计2.25%的利率会直接维持到2026年底。

丰业银行: 核心指标放缓,央行完全可以保持耐心,静观其变。

BMO犀利吐槽: “要不是因为加油和买菜这些烦人项目,加拿大现在几乎没通胀。”

虽然马克·卡尼政府出台了油税减免,但油价高企依然让大家肉疼。对面临“续贷潮”的借款人来说,好消息是加息概率基本为零;坏消息是,6月想看到大降息刺激房市可能要落空,央行大概率继续在2.25%“趴着”观察。

温村车主!停车执法大升级,罚单直接寄家里 !

温哥华的小伙伴们,赶紧互相转告!温哥华市政府最近悄悄憋了个“大招”,以前那种罚单夹在雨刮器上的日子可能要结束了。以后你可能连执法人员的影子都没见到,罚单就已经在寄往你家的路上了!

根据最新消息,温哥华市府已经正式启动了一项车牌识别(LPR)摄像系统的试点计划。说白了,就是用高科技摄像头扫描车牌,自动抓拍违停,然后直接把罚单邮寄给车主!

📍 首批“重灾区”试点公布

目前这项计划已经在以下 4个住宅停车许可区域(Residential Parking Permit Zones) 率先展开:

Commercial-Broadway Station(天车站附近)

Joyce Station(日常车位紧张区)

Oakridge(大型开发施工+交通枢纽)

Commercial Drive(网红餐厅、商铺聚集地)

市府的理由很简单:这四个地方靠近天车站和繁华商圈,长期有人违停,把附近居民和商家折腾得够呛,所以直接拿这儿“开刀”了。

⚠️ 几个必须注意的“坑”:

彻底告别“雨刮器罚单”:以前看到车窗上没纸条还能暗自庆幸,以后回家开信箱可能随时有“惊喜”(惊吓)。所有罚单将通过 Canada Post 寄出。

赶紧检查 ICBC 地址:市府特别提醒,一定要确保你在 ICBC 登记的地址是最新的! 否则罚单寄错地址,你没收到导致过期产生滞纳金,最后买单的还是你自己!

未来可能全城普及:如果这波试点“效果显著”(抢钱顺利),这个制度很快就会推广到温哥华的其他地区。
