这不是“环保建议”,是运营许可+高额罚款挂钩的硬规定:

✅2024.06 商业楼 >5万呎 已开始申报

✅2025.09.01 多户住宅 >10万呎 也需强制申报

⏳2026年起 设碳排上限

🔒2027年起 无“碳许可”将无法运营!

假设一个10万呎写字楼超排20吨 CO₂

→ 需缴:

💳$500基础费

💸$350 × 20吨 = $7000 碳税/年!
